IMPLEMENTATION GATES / A—G

SELECTED RECORD / GATE C

Secure coding-agent connection.

IN PROGRESS / IMPLEMENTATION

PURPOSE

Establish the controlled connection boundary through which an authenticated person can approve Codex or Cursor for narrowly limited SiteFerry setup access.

CURRENT TRUTH

The bounded Codex and Cursor connection layer is implemented, reviewed, and preserved in isolation. Accepted-client authorization, human approval, workspace-scoped grants, rate limits, frozen MCP tool definitions, revocation, and safe reauthorization passed focused implementation checks. Real development OAuth has also been validated with both accepted coding agents; that proves the capability, not Production readiness.

ACTIVE PREVIEW BOUNDARY

A private Preview is ready against synthetic data, and the real journey has reached PB-03. The live Codex authorization, setup access, revocation, denial after revocation, and safe reauthorization lifecycle is now being proven. Cursor proof follows. Repository access, provider changes, billing, publishing, and Production activation remain unavailable.

UNLOCKS NEXT

Complete the Codex and Cursor private Preview lifecycle proof, then Gate D / exact repository-target selection.
